Hi What If The Person Just Forgets What They Tell

Hi what if the person just forgets what they tell you a hour ago or as there talking like for 20 min and say the same thing. and they get mad easy ,its been going on saying the same thing over in 20 min time for like 4 years
and not wanting to go to town unless he has to
