Hi, what type of doctor do I look for to fix a perforated septum? I had rhinoplasty in 1988, sinus infections and sinus surgeries after that, used afrin nasal spray thru my entire pregnancy. years later I developed a perforated septum - very large in 2 places. a plug was put in the larger one which got infected and I promptly blew out. I feel like I need the cartilage rebuilt/replaced. thank you.
