Hi when I neil down or knock my knee cap it really hurts it's been like this for 8 weeks now and there is swelling on my knee feels like jelly and my knee cap bone feels like it has a bump in the bone feels s difarent shape tho my other knee and gets painful at times I'm a 39 year old make can you help
