Hi, When I Use The Restroom When I'm Almost Done

Hi, when I use the restroom when I'm almost done peeing there is a painful burning sensation. I also notice that I started to bleed light pink blood only when I pee and when I wear a pad it's not on it so it only happens when I urinate. It just started to happen today, any ideas as to what this might be?
