Hi, When I Was 1month Pregnant I Took Unwanted Kit

Hi, when I was 1month pregnant I took unwanted kit and I bleed for 10 days, so later I did another test and I still found out the pregnancy was still there so I went the clinic and the doctor gave same drug to repeat and on Wednesday I took it and not bleeding. Pls tell me Wat to do. Thanks
