Hi, When I Was Around 14 I Started To Use

Hi, when I was around 14 I started to use a very high powered damaging electric toothbrush as a vibrator directly on my clitoris. The bristles were still attached and would scrape against my vaginal flap as well. I used this for two years and stopped. Now I'm 18 and I cannot feel when I urinate, and it feels as though something is blocking my urethra when I do and it is difficult to urinate. There is also little to no feeling left on my whole vaginal area. Is there anything I can do?
