Hi ,, With The Last Two Months Ive Been Bleeding

Hi ,, with the last two months Ive been bleeding mid cycle with a dark red color blood and also pain in my right side ,, I have been treated now for a strep oralis infection ,, could this be the cause or should I get checked by doc -- I've the mirena coil for the past 2 years and never had an issue
