Hi, Within The Last 2 Weeks I've Developed One Canker

Hi, within the last 2 weeks I've developed one canker sore after another - then 4 days ago I started getting severe muscle cramps (like a charley horse) in unusual places, i.e., my left foot at night and just today a muscle cramp on the inside part of my upper leg (above the knee) and into the groin area. Could these two things be related? How do I treat it if it's nutritional?
