Hi, Within The Last Week, My Knees Have Started To

Hi, within the last week, my knees have started to hurt, I'm stiff, and my arm muscles hurt. My hands and feet swell slightly at night and in morning. A cyst under my arm busted last week and is healing. I'm unsure if they could be related?? I'm 25 an am like 300 lbs but this is the first time I've had muscle and joint problems like this.
