Hi, Woke Up Thurs Morn And Had Some Diareaha And

Hi, woke up thurs morn and had some diareaha and thought it was a 24 hr bug but it is still continuing and as a result I cannot eat anything
even a couple of crackers. Water is the only thing that stays put. So , no eating for 3 days and not really even hungry anymore. Feel kinda normal but energy is waning obviously.
