Hi Woke Up With Vertigo This Morning ! A Little

Hi woke up with vertigo this morning ! A little different then normal when getting out of bed and in bed it effects! Usually only effects me when I roll from my right side to my left side in bed! Taken tablet to see if it will settle! I seem to get the once a year why ?
