Hi Y'all! I Had A Mass Show Up Almost Overnight

Hi y'all! I had a mass show up almost overnight in my left breast, very painful. I'm a nurse and had one of my colleagues examine it, ordered a mammogram and ultrasound and I had 4 cysts. I was lucky enough to get them aspirated the same day. Just wondered how it seems they came out of nowhere and were huge. How does that happen?
