Hi Years Ago When I Was In My Late 20s

Hi years ago when I was in my late 20s I did suffer a whiplash injury I did not know it was my neck I was feeling the pain in shoulder and little bobble head effect I was put in an arm splint and told not to do certain activate I soon started loss of vision in one eye I mean complete temporary blindness and nasea with left side peralis and arms crazy stuff I told the Dr they did a dye injection in artery to look behind eye for vision loss tumor but never got feedback sent into a spiral of vision loss and side effect depression among a few I just went back to work and kept having this happen overtime I could no longer do the job due to the odd attacks the jobs were triggering I finally went back in for these symptoms finding that my neck was injured with a whiplash according to medical records and the c8 was mentioned quite a few times but the tendons and muscles were injured from the c2 to the t2 on records I currently cannot in gage in very much work and when I do it triggers the shoulder pain like it has for years but it also sets me back about 4 days sometimes bed for a day or two I was told these attacks are migrains thay started with the whiplash and was given an xray saying I have bone spurs and artheritus from neck trying to correct an old injury that is triggered by muscle spasms in the neck over and over if I sit to watch a movie I find my self dropping my head cause it is to tired to hold up wierd stuff I'm 54 now what would you suggest I have tried infared heat witch seems to slow attacks but has to be a every day thing ok thanks for your time also as of late had an attack wich was the same in all ways except I lost memory mostly short term but some long term it is a scary thing to live with when no one want to listen to how bad it is to live with what is your suggestions
