Hi, Yeh Earlier Today I Wen't In To Get Something

Hi, yeh earlier today i wen't in to get something out of the fridge, and before i opened the fridge a wave of dizziness came over me. i just ignored it and went into the living room. i was sitting and i gotm up again and i fainted and hit the ground. i dont remember the fainting part but i came round went i hit the floor. Should i be worried as this is the first time this has ever happened....
