Hi, Yes. An Elderly Gentleman Came To Church Today--left Early

Hi, yes. An elderly gentleman came to church today--left early not feeling well. Complaining of extreme fatgue. Said he had a bad rash on his chest, has lost 25 pounds in a month, had a very yellow skin tone and said he had seven teeth chip in the past two weeks. We offered to take him to the emergency room but he declined--said he was too busy. Does this sound life threatening? What should we do?
