Hi Yes I Am Having Severe Pain In My Foot

Hi yes I am having severe pain in my foot I have a old injury that needed to have a cast on it Years ago I took the cast off to early and I never let it heal the right way I been to the foot doctor they told me it heal but it might have healed on a nerve i Barely can walk right now it’s swollen I have severe pain shooting up my aunt from my toes to my legs I’m just wondering should I go to the emergency room or is it something simple where I need to soak my feet in some Epson salt
