Hi, Yes I Have Been Experiencing Some Dizziness And Vertigo(

Hi, yes I have been experiencing some dizziness and vertigo( a little nausea also) along with some headaches for the past couple of weeks! Also some slight heart palpitations.i went to my doctor last Wednesday and she thinks it could be an inner ear virus or something similar to that. I had regular blood work done which all showed up fine! My question for you is do u think I should consult a neurologist?Or cardiologist?
