Hi yes my name is johan

I would like to know what heart disease do i have. I had a mild MR.

My symptoms are:
I am very very weak and tired
Neck pain
Throat tightness pressure
shortness of breath
heart beats fast sometimes
red eyes
high blood preassure
headaches and migranes
teeth turning yellow
mucus in my throat

i would very much appreciate your expert advice.
