Hi Yes My Question I Have A Nine Month Old

Hi yes my question I have a nine month old daughter who can sit up but not without assistance if she falls over she can't get herself back up and she is not pulling up on anything it's like she want use her upper body strength she is doing everything else she suppose to by this age what could be wrong?
