Hi, Yesterday I Couldn't Sleep Due To Really Bad Stomach

Hi, yesterday I couldn't sleep due to really bad stomach pains at the side but above my hip bone, it feels swollen and feels like one big lump but it's under my skin not on top. However tonight I've checked and I've got the swollen lump on my other side too.
