Hi, Yesterday I Got Bit By A Dog In My

Hi, yesterday I got bit by a dog in my face to the side of my left eye luckily it didn't tear the skin but it is still swollen and bruised and is still numb if I touch it, it also still hurts quite a bit. I showed my mum and she just said put cold water on it which I did yesterday

I don't know what to do weather to do to the doctors or the local A&E
