Hi , Yesterday I Had A Long Make Out Session

Hi , yesterday I had a long make out session with my boyfriend , we both aren't sexually active . As in were both virgins ...it was really cold yesterday by the way
So the problem is when I woke up today I saw 3 little bumps that are really close together on my bottom lip that is red/white. My question is what is happening ?
