Hi, Yesterday I Hit My Forehead On The Left Side

Hi, yesterday I hit my forehead on the left side below the hairline hard enough for me to be really confused after, I have a dent in the spot I hit with ridges running up into my hairline on the left side, it is terribly sore and pressure on dent or ridges cause me to see sparks as feel as if I am going to faint, I am nauseous and have a headache ,should I be seen by a Dr ?
