Hi Yesterday I Started Getting A Painful Chest As If

Hi yesterday I started getting a painful chest as if I been punch in it and under my arm all way down my arm and the bottom of my right arm as been tingling for a few weeks now just wondering if it could be anything to do with my heart
I am ok today the pain as gone down to just a twinge and I have been out shopping but the tingling is still there
