Hi, Yesterday I Took Four Pills Of Misoprostal Vaginal,y Because

Hi, yesterday I took four pills of misoprostal vaginal,y because of a miscarriage. I bled heavily for 6 hours and believe everything passed. However, I have not experienced any cramps and the bleeding is only there when I wipe. Should I expect any other side effects or is everything over? I was given 30 pills for nausea and 3 refills, so I am worried that the pain is going to suddenly start up.
