Hi, Yesterday I Was Fighting With My Brother And He

Hi, yesterday I was fighting with my brother and he banged my head against the wall 3 times. It was on the right side at the back. Now I feel nauseous when I eat and have bad vertigo. I lost my appetite and yesterday night I couldn't stop crying(even after the major pain went away) and I was feeling extremely depressed. I don't know what to do, my mother said since I didn't go unconcious it's not a concussion but I got 2 concussions last year and I didn't lose conciousnes...
I didnt go to the doctor for one of those 2 times so I'm a bit worried because I've had panic attacks a few months after...
