Hi, yesterday evening I bleached my hair. It was left on for around 50 minutes, 30 vol developer which isn't the strongest but isn't particularly weak either. I did one application. Shortly after I noticed a patch at the side of the head was seeping a clear liquid and was sticky to the touch. After 8 hours the area feels crusty and the hair is hard and matted at the roots. There is no pain, redness or soreness at the moment and it doesn't seem to be seeping. I'm assuming this may be a chemical burn. How long should I wait before applying a hair colour?
