Hi Yesterday Evening I Suffered Severe Heart Palpitations That Lasted

Hi yesterday evening I suffered severe heart palpitations that lasted 45 mins with a resting heart rate of average 180 BPM. This was also accompanied with severe pains in my jaw and pains across my shoulders and down my right arm, I've suffered similar episodes in the past but these usually only last 3-4 minutes. I've been regularly taking fostair and ventolin for the last 2 years but today I find I have a tightening to my chest that my inhalers can't shift, is it worth speaking to my GP as I'm worried that I may be wasting his time.
