Hi, Yesterday I Noticed That I Have Multiple Lymoh Nodes

Hi, yesterday i noticed that i have multiple lymoh nodes swelling at my right side and back of neck. Before this symptom i used to feel tired and have body aches n sometime feel pressure at the flank areas. I have revently done mountex which came positive with 12 mm but my chest xray was clear. What could be the cause.
