Hi..Doctor I'm HIV+ And My Doctor Advised Me To Get

Hi..Doctor I'm HIV+ and my doctor advised me to get vaccinated against meningities. I know that there might be some serious side effects after vaccination. I was also diagnosed with toxoplasmosis and feel kind of uncomfortable with this vaccination. I understand that I have a right to decide for myself. I'm just concerned that if I refuse to be vaccinated and decide to take a risk it may be detrimental to my insurance coverage.
Please advise.
