HiHi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...Hi yes I just had a really bad dizzy spell that my vision went almost totally out. It was like a tunnel,I was sweating real bad an could hardly stand up. It lasted for about 1-2 minutes finally it went away. I am a diabetic type 2 an have copd
