Hi.How Are You? I Had A BTL In 2012 With

Hi.How are you? I had a BTL in 2012 with my c-section.I am 8 days late with my period.I think I have a infection because I have a white discharge.It doesnt have a smell but sometimes it smells like cardboard. I had this discharge for about 4 days now. Im also tired and moody and hungry all the time.I usually ate way less than i do now.This has been going on for more than a week.I also have terrible heartburn.Can it be possible that i can be pregnant?
