Hi..I Am 29 Yrs N Recently Got Married. My Last

Hi..I am 29 yrs n recently got married. My last periods was 11 Feb,2016. I didn't get periods on 11 march. Sometimes my periods get delayed by 10 days. After one week I checked for pregnancy with home kit the result was negative. I had symptoms of getting periods anytime. Since test was negative I went ahead to take regestrone for my honeymoon. I took 5mg twice a day from 18th march till 26th march I,e., 9 days. After stopping I didn't get periods. Its been 9 days since I stopped. I tested positive for pregnancy by home kit. Now I am afraid whether regestrone would have caused any effect on the baby like some abnormalities. Is it possible? How to rule out any kind of abnormality physically n mentally. I am really afraid.
