Hi,I Am 36 Yrs Old And I Have Receeding Hairline.I

Hi,I am 36 yrs old and i have receeding hairline.I had used Mintop 2% solution along with some vit. tablets around an year back as prescribed by my dermatologist for nearly 3 months but discontinued it.Now i have very bad scanty hair especially on the front and i am really worried.Can i restart with mintop and what vit.supplements do you suggest along with it.Also if i stop it later,would it increase my hairfall,in that case should i use it lifelong?
