Hi....I Am 37 Years Old Been Having This Tiny Hole

Hi....I am 37 years old been having this tiny hole in my neck having pus coming out , according from my grandmother whom I grew up under....I was born with it....I am worried n it makes me uncomfortable because it does not notice ..comes out any time
