Hi...I am 44yrs old. Believe I'm going through perimenapause. I went 3mobths with two periods a month and now I am 90days late. I have been having pain that feels like my right ovary with migraines. But I have a new symptom that when I have a bowel movement it's red when I wipe, as if I'm going to start my period but I haven't yet. There is at times small blood clots in toilet lately too. My dr did catscan and I'm being told I now have a large hital hernia too. Is this blood clott or wiping red part of hernia or perimenapause?
