Hi,I Am A 52 Yr Old Female With An Unusual

Hi,I am a 52 yr old female with an unusual symptom. Two days ago while putting on my seat belt on the left side, I felt apop there. Upper left, under left breast. Now I can't move without horrible, sharp pain. I do have a complicated medical history etc... Whatever help you can advise would be so appreciated.
