Hi...I Am A 62 Year Old Male, And I Had

Hi...I am a 62 year old male, and I had intraocular lenses implanted due to cataracts. My eye doctor didn't give me any option to choose the type of lenses referring to near, intermediate or long distance. So long after surgery I inquired about what type of lenses were put in...and he told me the long distance.
Unfortunately, I live in a room where everything is close so I need to wear glasses to see clearly.
And I'm on my computer all day.
Is it possible to have different lenses put in so I won't have to wear eye glasses at home or for near vision?
