Hi...I Am A 72 Year Old Female, Had A Hysterectomy

Hi...I am a 72 year old female, had a hysterectomy when I was 30, have had four children. I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts four years ago. Specialist told me he wasn't concerned about them but to have the checked every year. My latest ultra sound has shown that one has grown to 6.3x6.3x7cm....multiple internal septa are noted in it. It's contents appear anechoic and no vascularity noted in it. No definite solid component. This ovary has increased in size since last ultra sound. Should I be concerned.
