Hi,I am a patient having Hypothyroidism and recently for the last couple of months having an irregular menstrual cycle and after a pelvic scan has been diagnosed to have Polycystic ovary.I have been prescribed to have Contraceptive pill for 21 days (Ethinylestradiol 30microgram / Drospirenone 3mg tablets)as well as i am taking
Levothyroxine sodium 100microgram tablets each morning.My query is even though after the first course of contraceptive i had a normal period which stayed about 2 days...this time i only had spottings and no period as such..is there anything to worry..Do i have to change my medication..Please suggest and help.
