Hi...I Am Having Problems With My Left Knee...I Cannot Put

Hi...I am having problems with my left knee...I cannot put weight on it to walk without crutches or a walker. It just gives out with weight bearing...I do have bad osteoarthritis in my knee but this is not pain in the joint...it seems to be in the ligament or tendon at the back outside of my leg
