Hi!I Am Having Some Form Of A Rash, Strangely The

Hi!I am having some form of a rash, strangely the rash appeared mostly on my hands/palms and thighs, it tends to appeared and vanished but reappeared (or shifted positions) on other parts of my body ...It could be itchy and have a slightly hot sensation to the extend that I felt them seemed to be crawling and moving all over my skin
What should I do? I hope those are not hiv rash? Is it true that hiv rash can be itchy too?
