Hi..I Badly Bruised My Arm Almost Two Weeks Ago..the Bruise

Hi..I badly bruised my arm almost two weeks ago..the bruise has finally disapated but I am left with a large knot that has not gone away..it is probably about 1 1/2 inches in diameter..if I touch it, it doesn't really hurt unless I push on it..my husband is afraid it is a blood clot..just trying to reassure him it is not.. can you help?
