Hi...I Basically Had Trush And Inserted A Pessary And My

Hi...I basically had trush and inserted a pessary and my period was delayed. So I thought I could take norethisterone to hopefully stop my period so I took 3 2 days ago and 2 yesterday but then a bit of blood was there but not enough to bleed I to my pad. I have been getting symptoms of being on my period for the past 2 weeks but not actually come on. I took a test and I'm not pregnant. My back pain is horrible and come and goes. I'm off on holiday on thursday.
What do I do?
