Hi...I Consulted My Gynecologist On 23rd..At That Time I Had

Hi...I consulted my gynecologist on 23rd..At that time I had three follicles of 20,21 and 17 mm..Thn I took 10k mg injection and I consult her again after two days means on 25th...But still follicle don't rupture n now they are of size 24,22 and 20 mm...What to do now? Is this the reason of not conceiving pregnancy?
