Hi!I Gave Birth To A Baby Boy Who Is Two

Hi!I gave birth to a baby boy who is two months old now but the problem is he is coughing continuously,i have been to the doctor and the he gave me amoxycillin and linct tussi inf syr but it's not changing. Could i have in anyway have affected him by the ice water that i was drinking when i pregnant? Please help me. Thanks
