Hi,I Got A Puffiness In My Face, Eyes Are Irritated

Hi,I got a puffiness in my face, eyes are irritated even after a good deep sleep. Doctor advised to take ZoleFresh 5 mg for a week time. I really feel fresh and good.no puffiness also. my eyes are good after taking tablet.
1. But is it good to take at this age?
2. Now after I stopped this tablet I get that eye irritation and tiredness but not puffiness. please suggest?
