Hi...I Got Natural Miscarriage On 7 Dec Midnight.It Was Complete

Hi...I got natural miscarriage on 7 dec midnight.It was complete miscarriage.Then my OB-GYN did an U/S and they told me that there is no tissue left inside and everything seems ok.
Now i have regular bleeding but i can feel little numbness in my right tigh and leg...I am really worried why is this happening...This pain is not unbearable...but I am still worried about it
