Hi.I Had T.B Meningitis Almost 15 Years Ago And As

Hi.I had T.B meningitis almost 15 years ago and as a result my sense of smell is almost gone and not regained even now.But I was adjusting since my good Lord did not let anything worse than that happen to me .Yet recently a few episodes of seizures with almost 2 months intervels started to occure to me during my sleep both in day and night.Is it because my that old infection happened to me 15 years ago.?Please reply to me,also about any tratment for my sense of smell and sleep time seizures.(Iam financially not well too)Thanks.
