Hi...I Had A Disease Called As Tinea Around My Belt

Hi...I had a disease called as Tinea around my belt area and hips. I was getting treated for that.

my doc recommended to use the following medicines
1) ketoconazole 200 mg tablet once a day
2) mycospor (bifonazole) cream - apply after thorough wash and clean.

he suggested me to do this for 3 weeks.

it has been 1 week I am doing this. The condition is improving. the infection on hips seems to be drying out (on thr road to be normal). But yesterday it again came back on front side of belt area.

that problem aside...I saw my testicles looks stiff like leather and if I pull its skin I was able to see the cracks in it. I had to drive yesterday for 5-6 hours and that worsened the condition.

though I was applying antifungal clotrimazole during my journey to somehow reach home but that didnt help too much only except giving a cooling sensation on testicles.... the testicles were burning and the sensation was hot.

when I reached home I took a bath and applied bifonazole there....it didnt help instantaneously at that moment. I somehow slept.
Today morning when I awake things had improved. no pain in testicles, but skin there is still stiff like leather...
i consulted a doctor online by sending pics of scrotum, he said its scrotum dermatitis..

my doctor is not available for a week.

can you guys suggest me what it is?
